Thirty hours, 5 days/week. Receive residents and the public, answer routine questions, determine the problem or concern, record and
direct them accordingly. Must exercise independent judgment and initiative in performing assigned tasks accurately and in a
timely manner. Other duties include answering phone, greeting clients, managing donor database, mailings to donors and residents,
managing and ordering office supplies, attending monthly Board meetings and producing minutes, producing quarterly newsletter, and
planning events. Requires excellent phone manner, grammar and punctuation skills, writing skills, and attention to detail.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Access. Compensation includes limited benefits. Please respond by October
